This website is operated by Service Success Network, offering various programs, products like Service Success Academy, The Successful Plumber, Advanced Drain Academy, Plumbing Profits Formula, and Million Dollar Drainer and related services, including our software-as-a-service offering, Service Core CRM.

By using our platform, website, or any of our services (including Service Core), you accept these terms and confirm you have the authority to bind your organisation to this Agreement.

Use of the Website

This site allows you to join, express your thoughts, and make some comments and discussion. You understand and agree that you will use this site including its tools and services with full sense of responsibility and in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

The content provided is for general information and is subject to change without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that any products, services, or information meet your requirements. You may not use the website for illegal activities, post defamatory content, or transmit harmful software. Users must register with accurate information and keep their login details secure.

However, you are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit: (a) use our sites, including its services and or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools (b) posting of blogs, items, messages, and or contents that are inappropriate and fail to observe decency; (c) collecting information about users’ personal information; (d) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content; (e) take any action that may damage the rating system.

Service Core CRM Terms

Our Services

Subject to your performance of your duties and obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to timely payment of all Fees, we shall provide you with the Service(s) as specifically outlined in your Service Core Plan Agreement and/or provide any additional services which have been agreed to in writing between us and you. In this Agreement, “Service Core Plan Agreement” means any and all documentation setting out the specific terms of your subscription, including the specific services to be provided to you as part of your subscription and the Fees.

Although we work hard to provide quality Services, you understand and acknowledge that we cannot promise or guarantee specific results from using the Services.

You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the Website may occur. You also understand and agree that we have no control over the third-party networks or service(s) that we may use to provide you with Services. You agree that the Services available on the Website are provided “as is” and that we assume no responsibility for temporary interruptions to the Services or the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, interruption, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

We reserve the right to modify the Services or implement new elements as part of the Services including changes that may affect the previous mode of operation of the Services.

You understand that your purchase of the Services is not contingent on the delivery by us of any future release of any functionality or feature, including without limited to, the continuation of a certain service beyond its current subscription term or third party services or dependent on any public comments we make, regarding any future functionality or feature.

Fees

Subscription Fee: You agree to pay a monthly recurring subscription fee for continued access to the platform.

Set-Up Fee: You can also choose to pay a non-refundable setup fee based on your selected plan.

We (or our third-party processor) will securely store your payment method and automatically charge you on each billing cycle. By subscribing, you accept all recurring charges unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Fees include all amounts payable under your subscription tier, any upgrades or add-ons, and usage charges that may apply for AI communications, integrations, or extended support.

Failed Payments: If payment fails due to insufficient funds or other errors, we will notify you and reattempt. After two failed attempts, we may charge a Failed Payment Fee and suspend your access. We reserve the right to invoice any unpaid fees.

Fee Adjustments: We may revise our pricing and subscription plans from time to time. You will be given at least 14 days’ notice of any changes. If you do not accept the new rates, you must cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle.

GST and Currency: All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless specified otherwise.We or our third-party payment processor will store your payment details for automatic billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled per the terms below. Missed or failed payments may result in a failed payment fee, suspension of access, or enforcement actions. All pricing is in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. All subscriptions (monthly or annual) auto-renew unless cancelled via written notice to [email protected]. Cancellations must be provided 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period unless required by law.

Phone Number Ownership

Any phone number provisioned to you as part of your Service Core CRM setup remains the property of Service Success Network. If we have purchased or provisioned the number on your behalf, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to retain ownership and control of that number. Transfer of phone numbers is not permitted without our written approval.

By using Service Core, you agree not to misuse the system, reverse engineer it, duplicate its features, or use it in violation of any laws or our IP rights. All templates, workflows, and customisations created within Service Core remain the intellectual property of Service Success Network unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by you to our website to participate in the Service is correct and current; and (b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

You hereby accept and agree that it is beyond our control, and no duty to take any action regarding: which users gain access to the Site or use the Services; what effects the Content may have on you; how you may interpret or use the Content; or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content. You release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Site or the Services.

It should be noted that the Site or Services may contain, or direct you to sites containing, information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. We make no representations concerning any content contained in or accessed through the Site or Services, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Site or the Services.

The website is provided "as is" without any warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We may change, restrict access to, suspend or discontinued the site or any part of it at anytime. The information, content and services on the site are provided on an “as is” basis. When you use the site and or participate herein, you understand and agree that you participate at your own risk.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or government restrictions.

Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Service Success Network, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us and or from our clients, advertisers, suppliers and forum members. You agree not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
