2. 30-Day Love It or Leave It Policy (Online Products Only)

For eligible online products, we offer a 30-day Love It or Leave It policy. If you decide our service isn’t right for you within the first 30 days, you may cancel your subscription—no further payments will be taken. However, we do not offer refunds for any fees already paid.

This policy applies only to online products and does not extend to event tickets, physical products, or consulting services.

3. Events

All event ticket sales are final. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, or other personal circumstances.

However, in the unlikely event that we cancel an event, you will receive the choice of a full refund, or a credit towards a future event.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

4. Australian Consumer Law – Your Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair only if a product or service has a

major failure. This means:

- The service is not provided as described.

- The product or service is unfit for its intended purpose.

- The service is unsafe.

Minor issues will be rectified where possible but do not entitle you to a refund.
